Design

The need to devote more attention to the requirements of each individual customer has led to the creation of a team that oversees the development of the project right through to its definition, with the necessary adjustments to ensure the success of the component.

Mould construction

In our in-house tooling shop, we make steel moulds for both mono and bi-materials, models and prototypes for simulations, and carry out trials and pre-production runs for the development process.

Moulding

In addition to offering an extensive range of products for the electric motor and electric pump sectors, we manufacture components as a contract manufacturer for a wide range of industries, including food, electrical and electronics, components and furniture. We work with our customers to develop and manufacture components that meet the required aesthetic and mechanical standards.

Welding and assembly

The in-house assembly department extends the range of services we can offer, such as post moulding and ultrasonic welding.

Since 1993, we have been designing and manufacturing injection and bi-injection molds, managing every stage of the development process in close collaboration with our customers—from defining project requirements to final validation.

By leveraging advanced 2D and 3D CAD/CAM systems, rapid prototyping, and a fully equipped workshop featuring high-precision CNC machinery, we deliver reliable, high-performance, and high-quality solutions tailored to meet every manufacturing need.

 

Our company manufactures components through injection molding and bi-injection molding for a wide range of industries, including food processing, livestock, electronics, electrical engineering, pumps and motors, furniture, and many others.

We process a broad selection of engineering plastics, including ABS, PA6, PA66, PP, PPO, PLT, PET, POM, TPE, and TPU. These materials can be customized on request with fillers, additives, and color masterbatches, or formulated to meet specific mechanical, thermal, electrical, flame-retardant, and environmental performance requirements.

 

To provide our customers with a complete service, we complement our injection molding capabilities with a range of post-production processes, including assembly and ultrasonic welding.

Our production department is equipped with a six-station rotary table ultrasonic welding machine and a conventional ultrasonic welding machine, enabling us to manufacture finished components that meet the highest standards of quality, precision, and repeatability while responding flexibly to a wide variety of production requirements.
